FOOT REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT WITH INITIAL CONSULTATION
FOOT REFLEXOLOGY FOLLOW-UP TREATMENT

At the initial consultation we will discuss your medical history and lifestyle choices, and to ascertain whether there are any underlying issues preventing treatment. Please bring a full list of any prescribed medication as well as details of any supplements you take. After your reflexology session a treatment plan will then be drawn up with lifestyle and dietary advice, as well as relaxation techniques.

Each treatment is tailored to the individual needs of my client. A treatment will usually last one hour and will include a review of your wellbeing and specific lifestyle advice. During the treatment you will be seated and reclined. Everything will be provided, including a blanket for your comfort. Please wear comfortable loose clothing that can be pulled up to the knee, you will need to remove your shoes and socks.

HAND REFLEXOLOGY
THERMAL AURICULAR THERAPY

An effective reflexology treatment can also be carried out on the hands. Ideal for those with foot injuries or infections, hand reflexology can be just as beneficial as foot reflexology in stimulating reflex points and bringing about homeostasis.

A wonderfully soothing treatment ideal for targeting ear, nose and throat conditions. Relaxing foot reflexology, thermal auricular therapy (ear candling) and an holistic facial.

My treatment room is located on the ground floor in a garden room setting with unrestricted on-street parking. A mobile service can also be arranged, an additional charge for travel may be added to the cost of treatment.

Treatments can be paid for by cash or bank transfer. If you need to re-arrange your appointment please do not hesitate to contact me. Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend may incur a fee.  â€‹

As a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), you can be assured that any current health and safety guidelines are maintained at all times.

​

Reflexology should not be considered as an alternative to conventional medicine but rather to support any medical treatment being received. It is against the AOR's code of practice to diagnose, cure or prescribe.
