How I can Help
Reflexology is totally mobile; all I require is a quiet room within your office building.

As a non-invasive therapeutic touch therapy, reflexology is mainly applied to the feet, but can also be applied to the hands or face. Your employees remain fully clothed (apart from shoes and socks for foot reflexology) so is suitable for all ages and cultures. Relaxing in a zero-gravity reclining chair and snuggled up with a soft blanket, anyone can enjoy the benefits of this holistic therapy.

As a fully insured member of the Association of Reflexologists, I abide by their code of ethics and conduct. You can be assured of absolute confidentiality and sensitivity.

The Benefits Include:

Reduced absenteeism
Fewer sick days
Increased wellbeing and motivation
Increased loyalty
Increased satisfaction within the workplace
Reduced pain
Increased feelings of support
